Responsibilities
- Leads the analysis and verification of system requirements using recognized methodologies, ensuring they are complete, consistent, traceable, achievable, and compliant with standards.
- Develops in-depth understanding of business operations, platform functions, and service offerings to inform solution design, requirement definition, and prioritization in collaboration with product and revenue teams.
- Creates, records, and implements processes for system planning, requirement gathering, and release scheduling, with ongoing refinement.
- Collaborates with clients, project leads, and revenue partners to assess needs and propose solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
- Determines system and solution strategies using experience, sound judgment, and innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Delivers estimates for system development effort and cost to support return on investment analysis and resource allocation.
- Develops and maintains documentation for platform systems and related initiatives.
- Works alongside engineering teams to define user stories, use cases, and delivery roadmaps.
- Produces and updates technical documentation used by development and operations teams.
- Continuously enhances knowledge of business workflows, platform features, and supported services to improve decision-making and solution outcomes.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves issues in current systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Develops work breakdowns, timelines, and coordination plans for assigned projects.
- Performs additional tasks as needed.
Compensation
