ZF Friedrichshafen AG is hiring a Plant Quality Engineer for its ZF Foxconn location in Duncan, SC. You will join the dynamic Chassis Systems Division focused on delivering high-performance axle products. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll collaborate closely with two experienced quality engineers to ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and direct customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate quality efforts related to APQP for new projects.
- Coordinate quality technician priorities and activities as necessary.
- Coordinate 8Ds and corrective actions to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer.
- Maintain customer complaints and track reaction times.
- Track and monitor supplier non-conformances and report to the customer as required.
- Monitor Engineering Change Requests.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 1-3+ years of related experience.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with many layers of customer representatives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge.
- Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
