Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance tasks promptly and effectively.
- Conducts equipment tests to verify proper operation.
- Ensures output components meet or surpass quality standards.
- Manages scheduling for maintenance activities.
- Performs cleaning, lubrication, tank filling, and equipment adjustments for optimal function.
- Executes basic equipment and machinery repairs.
- Escalates complex repair issues to management and suggests external service options.
- Identifies inefficiencies in operations and proposes improvements.
- Conducts routine visual checks on production machinery.
- Follows established protocols, policies, and safety regulations during maintenance tasks.
- Maintains accurate, timely, and complete maintenance records.
- Updates maintenance logbooks regularly.
- Completes documentation for external service requests and repairs.
- Keeps operational manuals and guides organized and accessible.
- Files invoices and receipts properly.
- Maintains clear communication and collaboration with team members.
- Supports production staff by completing maintenance work efficiently.
- Recommends enhancements to operational processes when applicable.
- Keeps supervisors updated on operational status and critical equipment issues.
- Takes on additional related duties as needed or assigned.
- Ensures workspaces are clean, secure, and properly maintained.
- Stays current on maintenance needs and requirements.
- Completes special assignments as directed.
