Responsibilities
- Assist strategy leads with media planning, campaign resources, and best practice guidance, including audience definitions and analysis in Audience Origin.
- Analyze and compare media environments and performance across different countries.
- Collect insights and updates from local market teams.
- Liaise with publishers and digital platforms for information and support.
- Develop detailed production plans for media campaigns.
- Contribute to strategic direction and insight generation for media planning.
- Design and produce PowerPoint presentations and visual reports.
- Support category leadership with data extraction, market coordination, reporting, and client-facing deliverables using Nestlé systems like Redmill, CPRS, MMP, and Open Platform.
- Lead continuous data gathering from regional teams, including BLS submissions, best practices, case studies, and reports, while supporting urgent data requests.
- Compile various reports, performance analyses, and presentation decks such as campaign reviews and quarterly business summaries through data processing and slide development.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, managing schedules and project timelines.
- Complete onboarding for OpenMind platforms and Nestlé-specific tools, ensuring integration with all key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including creative agencies, to align planning efforts.
- Partner with regional specialists to incorporate specialized capabilities into routine planning processes.
- Support the creation of high-impact, award-winning media campaigns.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, marketing objectives, and media’s strategic role.
- Foster strong working relationships with local, regional, and client-side teams.
- Enhance expertise in digital media, data applications, and marketing technology to support client growth.
- Promote a performance-driven team culture with clear goals, development plans, and alignment to OpenMind principles.
