About the Role
The role involves leading the creation of data-driven media plans across European markets, ensuring strategic alignment, precise execution, and continuous optimization through a mix of digital, social, and offline channels. The individual will translate business objectives into actionable strategies, support local implementation of global campaigns, and use advanced planning tools to track and enhance performance over time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of unified media strategies across European markets
- Ensure campaigns are strategically sound, well-executed, and optimized throughout their lifecycle
- Convert client goals into comprehensive channel strategies across the customer journey
- Operate across digital, social, and traditional media platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including approvals, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Utilize media planning systems such as Omni for strategy development and analysis
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies with local relevance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Deliver strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis to enhance campaign outcomes
- Stay informed about evolving industry trends and consumer behaviors
- Contribute innovative ideas and work collaboratively across teams to advance best practices
