Responsibilities

- Oversee the creation and refinement of all planning deliverables, maintaining excellence across all outputs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients, understanding their business goals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Supervise the planning team by setting clear goals, providing structure, and conducting consistent performance evaluations.
- Develop connections with media partners to identify collaborative opportunities for impactful work.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of agency offerings and identify appropriate solutions to meet client needs and support commercial objectives.
