Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning delivery for a designated client, ensuring high-impact, innovative outcomes.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable media strategies and guide team members in execution.
  • Apply strategic thinking to integrate cross-functional capabilities such as growth drivers, performance measurement, data utilization, and research initiatives.
  • Expand the influence of the planning function across the agency and strengthen its internal visibility.
  • Introduce innovative planning methodologies, leverage new tools and insights, and encourage team members to question conventional approaches.
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of all planning deliverables, maintaining excellence across all outputs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients, understanding their business goals and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Supervise the planning team by setting clear goals, providing structure, and conducting consistent performance evaluations.
  • Develop connections with media partners to identify collaborative opportunities for impactful work.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of agency offerings and identify appropriate solutions to meet client needs and support commercial objectives.
  • Excel in narrative development to enhance team contributions and elevate the quality of final outputs.
