Requirements
- Knowledge of Florida statutes and HSMV rules, policies, and procedures related to driver licenses and motor vehicles.
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MTM (Microsoft Test Manager).
- Skill in the use of Florida Driver License Information System (FDLIS), Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS), Motorist Maintenance (MM), Virtual Office (VO) and/or Online Registration and Identity Operating Network (ORION) applications; Driver License Issuance, Motorist Maintenance, Electronic Filing System and/or MyDMV Portal.
- Ability to facilitate medium to large groups of people at various organizational levels for the purposes of planning, problem solving, or strategy development.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical and business data.
- Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.
- Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials.

Additional Information
- This position may be required to work hours outside of the normal work schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
- The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
