Responsibilities
- Deliver technical engineering support for SSO platforms such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and emerging tools like EntraID.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enable secure application integrations with SSO systems.
- Help diagnose and resolve user-related problems tied to SSO configurations and access issues.
- Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, and support the development of test validation scripts.
- Partner with teams to address both technical and operational challenges effectively.
- Engage in on-call production support to respond to live system incidents.
- Recognize potential risks or system issues, communicate them clearly, and suggest corrective actions.
- Adhere strictly to defined procedures to meet organizational, regulatory, and security compliance standards.
