RTX Corporation is hiring a Ping Engineer - Identity and Access Management - Single Sign On SSO (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical engineering support for SSO platforms such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and emerging tools like EntraID.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enable secure application integrations with SSO systems.
  • Help diagnose and resolve user-related problems tied to SSO configurations and access issues.
  • Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, and support the development of test validation scripts.
  • Partner with teams to address both technical and operational challenges effectively.
  • Engage in on-call production support to respond to live system incidents.
  • Recognize potential risks or system issues, communicate them clearly, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Adhere strictly to defined procedures to meet organizational, regulatory, and security compliance standards.
