About the Role
The role involves maintaining and enhancing the Product Information Management system to support seamless ecommerce operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product data integrity and system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product data within the PIM platform
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enrich product information
- Support the onboarding of new product lines into the system
- Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between systems
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions
- Assist in mapping product attributes for various sales channels
- Generate product data reports for internal stakeholders
- Participate in testing updates and integrations involving the PIM
- Document data workflows and system processes
- Enforce data governance standards across departments
- Optimize product data structure for searchability and usability
- Coordinate with IT on system performance and enhancements
- Manage user access and permissions within the PIM
- Support seasonal product launches with timely data preparation
- Validate data imports and exports for integrity
- Work with vendors on data format requirements
- Track and resolve data-related support tickets
- Ensure compliance with brand and catalog standards
- Assist in training team members on PIM best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Akeneo or similar PIM platforms
- Background in retail or B2C ecommerce
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration patterns
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms
- Understanding of multilingual and multi-market data setups
