Responsibilities
- Design safe and effective Pilates programs tailored to individual client needs and objectives
- Perform free initial evaluations and goal discussions to guide program recommendations
- Lead private, duet, and small group Pilates sessions
- Partner with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base using internal membership resources
- Fulfill all administrative duties related to client scheduling and records
- Coordinate with fitness and wellness teams to enhance member experiences
- Deliver high-quality service to all members and visitors
- Encourage regular client engagement to support goal achievement
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development programs
- Keep the studio and all equipment well-maintained and sanitized
