- Support engineering and sales teams in creating technical solutions aligned with client needs.
- Stay up to date on supported equipment and technologies by participating in manufacturer-provided training sessions.
- Interpret and analyze RFPs, technical drawings, and IT-related project specifications accurately.
- Apply a structured and systematic approach to tasks with a demonstrated interest in mastering emerging technologies.
- Continuously expand knowledge of physical security systems, including video surveillance and access control, with added value from understanding electrical constraints in security applications.
- Demonstrate initiative, handle pressure effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
