- Confirm that ICD-10 diagnostic codes match the documented medical treatments and services provided.
- Assess patient care plans to verify consistency with diagnoses, ordered treatments, and recorded interventions.
- Generate comprehensive audit reports containing over 140 standardized questions for each patient file.
- Conduct chart reviews with precision, uniformity, and compliance with documentation guidelines.
- Meet productivity benchmarks by finalizing each chart audit in about 30 minutes on average.
- Detect errors, contradictions, or missing information and report them through proper channels.
- Adhere to defined processes, audit protocols, and quality requirements during review tasks.
