Responsibilities
- Analyze project needs, develop appropriate solutions, and produce supporting tools and documentation
- Carry out scheduled on-call responsibilities as assigned
- Engage in design discussions and code evaluation sessions
- Improve and sustain current development practices to ensure code meets performance and scalability standards
- Provide reliable time estimates, ongoing progress updates, and adhere to established project timelines
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Spend the majority of the workday writing and modifying code
