We're seeking a Third Party Collections Specialist to work permanently from home, starting this March. In this role, you'll reach out to clients to secure payment on overdue accounts, using clear, respectful communication while following all applicable collection laws.
What You'll Do
- Contact account holders to resolve outstanding balances through professional dialogue
- Use approved dialer systems to manage outreach efficiently
- Build cooperative relationships that support timely payments without compromising compliance
- Keep accurate records of interactions and payment arrangements
What You Need
- Minimum of 9 months in a BPO collections role handling international accounts
- Proven experience managing customer accounts and using dialer technology
- Familiarity with debt collection regulations and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Reliable, hardwired internet connection (cable or fiber only) with at least 75 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Windows 11 or higher on a device with an Intel Core i5 (9th gen or newer), 8 GB RAM, 80 GB free storage, and a USB port
- Noise-canceling USB headset required
