Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Meta advertising campaigns, including strategy, budget allocation, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute creative experiments to uncover high-performing concepts using data analysis and iterative refinement
- Craft compelling ad copy, headlines, visual text, and video scripts designed to maximize conversion rates
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline for creative testing, including concept development, documentation, scheduling, insights tracking, and metadata organization
- Lead the Creator Partner Program by building relationships with creators, managing agreements, and overseeing content delivery timelines
- Interpret campaign performance metrics to define actionable improvements for future ad iterations
- Work closely with leadership and an upcoming editor to align creative direction with performance objectives
- Support email and SMS initiatives with occasional copywriting or creative guidance
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's growth strategy as the organization expands
