Responsibilities
- Plan and refine paid marketing initiatives across search, social, display, retargeting, and other online platforms
- Translate business objectives into actionable channel strategies, audience targeting, testing frameworks, and performance metrics
- Handle daily campaign operations including setup, audience definition, budget management, creative coordination, and quality checks
- Analyze campaign data to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, sales pipeline impact, and return on ad spend
- Collaborate with vertical teams to test and refine messaging, offers, landing pages, ad creatives, and calls to action
- Work with revenue operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, lead routing, and reporting
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for marketing stakeholders
- Optimize performance across the full customer journey from initial inquiry to revenue generation
- Run regular A/B tests on audiences, ad content, copy, bidding methods, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Find ways to increase efficiency, minimize wasted spend, and scale successful campaigns
- Stay informed about platform updates, industry best practices, privacy regulations, and digital demand trends
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to boost productivity, speed up analysis, assist in campaign ideation, and improve optimization—while applying sound judgment, data integrity, and brand consistency
