Constructor was looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

The Performance Marketing Manager will own and scale paid acquisition channels to drive qualified pipeline for Constructor's AI-powered search and discovery platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a B2B enterprise environment and can turn paid media budgets into measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, content syndication, and sponsorship placements.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI across all channels.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and sales to ensure paid campaigns align with global campaigns, pipeline goals and lead-to-opportunity conversion targets.
  • Build and test audience segments, ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies through continuous A/B experimentation.
  • Partner with content, graphic design and product marketing to develop compelling ad copy, assets, and sponsored content that resonates with ecommerce decision-makers.
  • Own reporting dashboards and provide regular performance readouts with clear insights and actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and B2B paid media trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to turn paid media budgets into measurable pipeline.
  • Experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
  • Ability to present ROI analysis and performance insights to leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple paid media channels simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on pipeline generation and conversion metrics.
  • Bias for action and ability to move quickly while maintaining strategic focus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce or AI-driven technology platforms.
  • Background in working with high-scale, global digital campaigns.
