FoodCheck is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Teilzeit

About the Role

As our part-time Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving user growth through scalable, performance-led campaigns—primarily across Meta platforms. Your focus will be on refining Web2App funnels to boost mobile app installs and improve key metrics like ROAS and cost per acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, using data to guide decisions
  • Improve conversion paths from web to app, leveraging deep linking and mobile attribution tools
  • Test new acquisition channels and verticals, including audience segmentation and landing page experiments
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, then implement changes that drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and iterate on ad creatives, copy, and user journeys
  • Track and report on core KPIs such as install volume, retention, CAC, and return on ad spend
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends in digital advertising

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for mobile apps or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Proven track record managing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Hands-on familiarity with mobile attribution platforms like Adjust or AppsFlyer
  • Solid experience running A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform strategy
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, resource-conscious startup setting
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
