Lead performance marketing from the ground up for a fast-growing fintech startup serving finance and accounting leaders. As the first dedicated hire in this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of scalable campaigns across digital and non-digital channels, driving qualified signups and measurable pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter, optimizing for CAC and ROAS
- Develop brand-building initiatives that resonate with finance professionals and accounting teams
- Test and evaluate new channels, including direct mail and affiliate programs, to uncover scalable opportunities
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and refine ad creative and landing pages
- Implement tracking, attribution models, and UTM frameworks to ensure data integrity across touchpoints
- Run structured A/B tests on messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify whitespace and strategic advantages
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, not just traffic or impressions
- Strong technical grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ad tracking infrastructure
- Experience with CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Clay is a plus
- Background marketing to finance or accounting professionals is preferred
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and building systems from scratch
- Combines analytical rigor with creative thinking—especially in copywriting and audience targeting
