  • Collaborate with the media team to interpret campaign performance data and inform creative decisions
  • Build and execute A/B creative tests, from hypothesis to analysis

  • Partner with strategy and growth leadership to understand the selling narrative for each asset

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience, with meaningful work in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
  • A portfolio showing range across brand systems and performance creative that drove measurable results
  • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), understanding specs and attention constraints

  • Experience designing sales and pitch materials for a professional services or B2B context

  • Heavy reliance and comfort with generative AI and a recommended tool-set
  • You produce real output that ships weekly

  • You read performance data (CTR, watch time) and respond to it as an input
  • You communicate proactively, give accurate timelines, and surface blockers early
  • You take feedback well and revise without drama in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • You are comfortable in ambiguity and treating an incomplete design system as a blank canvas

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana
  • Familiarity with a marketing analytics stack (GA4, Looker, or similar) to independently extract creative implications

Technical Stack

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Adobe After Effects
