Nava is looking for a People Services Specialist to support our employees and enhance the overall people experience. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive, compliant workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems and data for accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support needs
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people services, or a similar role
  • Proven expertise with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
