Responsibilities
- Delivering a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience for new joiners
- Driving improvements and operational excellence across the performance review cycle
- Structuring, documenting, and optimising People Management processes
- Coordinating the L&D roadmap and ensuring measurable learning outcomes
- Partnering with team leads to strengthen talent development and career growth
- Supporting Employer Branding initiatives and engagement activities to keep motivation high across the company
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in HR or hands-on experience in recruitment
- A strong desire to build HR processes end-to-end — from concept to execution
- Confidence working with data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Ownership mindset and a high level of responsibility
- A structured, detail-oriented approach — you like things organised and chaos-free
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- English level B2 or higher
