Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations across all departments
- Provide guidance to leadership on disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, and legal issues in the UK and EU
- Create, assess, and revise employment agreements, offer letters, and internal policies
- Collaborate with outside legal advisors and oversee relationships with employment law specialists
- Work with immigration attorneys and government bodies to facilitate relocation for international team members
- Oversee full-cycle immigration processes, including UK Skilled Worker visas and EU work authorizations
- Maintain a centralized visa tracking system, manage renewals, and uphold UK sponsor licence requirements
- Conduct right-to-work verifications for new hires and keep auditable documentation
- Prepare and file reports through the Sponsor Management System and maintain compliance with Home Office standards
- Guide hiring leads on sponsorship eligibility, processing timelines, and regulatory criteria
- Manage HRIS tools such as Rippling and Deel to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Oversee employee onboarding and exit procedures, payroll coordination, and benefits setup
- Assist with performance evaluation cycles and compensation planning activities
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and internal people initiatives
