About the Role

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day people operations, including HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and supporting organizational development across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
  • Support payroll coordination and timesheet verification
  • Handle employee inquiries related to policies and benefits
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate performance review cycles with department leads
  • Track leave balances and manage time-off requests
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Facilitate internal communication between teams and leadership
  • Organize company events and team engagement initiatives
  • Support recruitment logistics including scheduling and onboarding documentation
  • Monitor employee retention and recommend improvements
  • Administer employee benefits programs and answer related questions
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and systems
  • Partner with managers on staffing needs and headcount planning
  • Track workforce metrics and generate reports
  • Support workplace safety and health initiatives
  • Manage employment verifications and reference checks
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies
  • Lead HR projects related to process improvement
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Support learning and development coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
