About the Role
This role focuses on maintaining efficient people operations by coordinating HR tasks, supporting onboarding and offboarding, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Support payroll coordination by verifying timesheets and attendance data
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Manage documentation for employment contracts and policy acknowledgments
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
- Track leave balances and process time-off requests
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines
- Facilitate internal communication related to people operations
- Assist with performance review cycles and scheduling
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and workforce data
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and candidate logistics
- Help maintain company culture through consistent HR practices
- Manage employee ID and access credential distribution
- Track training completions and certification expirations
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within HR operations
- Administer employee surveys and feedback collection
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
- Work cross-functionally with managers on employee-related matters
Nice to Have
- Certification in human resources or HR operations
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Prior work in a tech or startup environment
- Knowledge of global employment practices
- Experience with equity administration support
- Background in employee experience design
- Fluency in multiple languages
