About the Role
The People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of employee-related processes from hire to departure. Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires including scheduling, documentation, and orientation logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Support payroll processes by providing timely and accurate inputs
- Assist in organizing company-wide events and employee engagement activities
- Manage employment documentation for compliance with labor regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
- Track employee leave balances and process related requests
- Support performance review cycles with administrative coordination
- Facilitate offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations related to HR
- Coordinate background checks and employment verification processes
- Help maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programs
- Track training completion and compliance requirements
- Assist in gathering data for HR reporting and analytics
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with operational tasks
- Manage employee records retention in alignment with legal standards
- Coordinate workspace assignments and updates with facilities teams
- Process employment status changes in HRIS systems
- Support benefits administration by distributing information and managing enrollments
- Help prepare materials for all-hands meetings and leadership updates
- Ensure consistent communication of HR updates across teams
