Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in human resources operations, HR generalist roles, or related HR functions, with direct involvement in HR operational processes
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage moderately complex operational tasks while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Experience operating in fast-moving, dynamic multinational environments, ideally within large organizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data reporting
- Fluent native-level Mandarin skills and professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Workday HR software is highly desirable
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices is advantageous
- Interest in process automation and AI-driven improvements; prior use of automation or AI tools in HR or operations is beneficial
