Responsibilities
- Manage employee data in HR information systems with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing team members
- Coordinate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date personnel records and digital filing systems
- Partner with managers to streamline HR-related workflows and requests
- Help administer employment status changes, promotions, and role transitions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations across different regions
- Support audit preparation and documentation for internal and external reviews
- Track and report on key HR metrics and operational performance indicators
- Assist in the rollout of new HR tools, systems, and process improvements
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across departments
- Facilitate employee record transfers during organizational changes
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Organize and maintain digital repositories for HR policies and guidelines
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Help coordinate compliance training and certification tracking
- Participate in special projects related to HR operations and scaling efforts
- Standardize HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive employee information
