Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic human resources analytics platforms focused on areas such as safety, turnover, absenteeism, and performance management for enterprise-wide use.
- Develop and manage cloud-based data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.
- Continuously monitor and uphold data integrity within human resources information systems.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and web application frameworks to deploy intuitive analytics solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research on key workforce topics including compensation, employee motivation, retention, engagement, and survey analysis to inform leadership strategy.
- Explain complex analytical findings to diverse audiences across all organizational levels as a subject matter specialist.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
