About the Role

The role involves partnering with teams to enhance workplace culture, managing HR programs, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting employee lifecycle initiatives across the Indian organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and support organizational goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in India
  • Lead investigations into workplace concerns with fairness and confidentiality
  • Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within teams
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits inquiries
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support change management initiatives during organizational transitions
  • Foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement
  • Partner with HR colleagues to roll out learning and development programs
  • Advocate for employee well-being and mental health resources
  • Ensure consistent application of company values in people practices
  • Coordinate with external vendors and legal advisors when needed
  • Assist in preparing HR reports for leadership review
  • Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
