About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting human resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and culture initiatives, while ensuring alignment with company values and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Partner with managers on performance review cycles and documentation
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and HRIS data accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
- Help coordinate engagement surveys and analyze feedback for action planning
- Contribute to the development and delivery of learning and development programs
- Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Facilitate recognition programs that reinforce cultural values
- Assist in investigating and resolving employee relations issues
- Track and report on key HR metrics and people analytics
- Collaborate on recruitment efforts and hiring process improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support workplace accommodations and leave management processes
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to organizational development
