Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication between employees and HR leadership
- Assist in performance review cycles and feedback collection
- Manage employee records in compliance with data privacy standards
- Coordinate logistics for remote and in-office team members
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Prepare reports on workforce metrics and engagement trends
- Contribute to the development of internal HR communications
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance tracking
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback tools
