Babcock International is hiring a People Centre Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Support employees and managers by handling HR enquiries escalated to the Employee Lifecycle Team.
  • Own and deliver casework across all stages of the employee lifecycle with accuracy and care.
  • Ensure processes comply with business standards and all relevant legislation, including data protection and employment law.
  • Resolve payroll queries in collaboration with Payroll and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Maintain employee benefits records and liaise with providers to support a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced HR or employee support role.
  • Strong time‑management skills with an organised, methodical approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
