About the Role
This position supports the people operations team by assisting with employee engagement, onboarding, and internal coordination. The role contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing onboarding procedures for new team members
- Support internal communication initiatives across departments
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR-related processes
- Collaborate with team leads on people development initiatives
- Track attendance and time-off requests in company systems
- Support the planning and execution of team-building activities
- Assist in gathering feedback for performance review cycles
- Help ensure compliance with internal people policies
- Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR procedures
- Support the maintenance of the company intranet or people portal
- Assist in preparing reports for people analytics
- Help onboard and train new people operations staff
- Participate in improving internal people processes
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within teams
- Assist with exit interview coordination and data collection
- Help manage internal announcements and newsletters
- Ensure data privacy standards are followed in HR tasks
- Support event planning for company-wide gatherings
- Track employee milestones and recognition moments
- Assist in preparing materials for all-hands meetings
- Help maintain accurate org charts and team structures
- Support the implementation of new HR tools or platforms
