Role Overview:
We are recruiting a Project Manager (Recruitment Operations) to serve as the central execution mechanism for internal hiring and recruitment initiatives. This role manages 60+ active requisitions, 7-8 concurrent internal recruitment projects, and cross-team collaborations requiring precision and rapid implementation.
Your core responsibilities include streamlining operations, proactively addressing potential obstacles, maintaining project momentum, and implementing disciplined reporting and execution strategies.
Your Impact:
- Ensure seamless progression of recruitment projects and internal initiatives
- Alleviate operational burdens from leadership
- Enhance visibility and accountability across recruitment teams
- Scale organizational operational systems and workflows
- Accelerate execution and minimize project bottlenecks
Areas of Responsibility:
Role & Requisition Tracking
- Manage tracking of 60+ active roles
- Proactively identify and escalate potential bottlenecks
- Maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting
Project Management Across Recruitment
- Oversee 7-8+ simultaneous recruitment projects
- Conduct structured check-ins and deadline management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Founder & Leadership Support
- Assume project execution tasks
- Provide clear, concise leadership updates
- Ensure strategic involvement only when necessary
Internal Process Optimization
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting systems
- Identify and propose workflow improvements
- Optimize recruitment technologies and internal systems
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Engage with Talent Matching, Sourcing, and Recruitment Operations
- Align projects and enforce accountability
- Document standard operating procedures
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years project management/operations/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage concurrent high-urgency projects
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong ownership mentality
- Dashboard and documentation creation expertise
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Comfort working with leadership teams
