Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify submitted PCI ASV scan data to confirm compliance with established accuracy and security benchmarks.
- Investigate customer disputes by assessing evidence, validating findings, and replicating conditions in controlled lab settings to ensure equitable outcomes.
- Act as a compliance consultant by assisting clients with navigating the PCI ASV scan submission workflow.
- Partner with technical support teams to provide subject matter expertise on PCI-related issues and ensure accurate client resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to refine operational workflows and improve service delivery within the PCI ASV program.
- Keep current with mandatory certification requirements and continuing professional education to maintain industry accreditation.
- Address high-priority client concerns by diagnosing technical scan results and determining appropriate corrective actions.
- Carry out additional compliance-related tasks as directed to support team and service objectives.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management based on operational needs.
