As a Payroll Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse, international workforce. You'll collaborate with team members to manage payroll data, maintain employee records, and support compliance with local regulations across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll inputs and verify data such as wages, hours, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll records for consistency and accuracy
- Support tax calculations and assist with filing requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and tax documentation
- Ensure adherence to regional payroll laws and compliance standards
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects
What You Bring
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in payroll or a financial administration role
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance frameworks
- High level of precision when handling sensitive financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for data management
