Privia Health is hiring a Payer & Provider Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Enroll newly affiliated providers into all applicable commercial insurance plans based on their market.
  • Secure provider enrollment in both Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Input the 'add to roster' date into the CredentialStream system.
  • Record the 'submitted' and 'mailed' dates in CredentialStream for tracking purposes.
  • Enter the 'effective' date in CredentialStream upon approval.
  • Verify provider record details, including taxonomy and specialty codes, before application submission.
  • Follow up with insurance carriers 30 days after submission and every two weeks thereafter until providers attain PAR status.
  • Escalate unresolved enrollment issues to the manager for resolution.
  • Coordinate consistently with the credentialing team to communicate onboarding timelines for new providers.
  • Participate in revenue cycle management and payer-related meetings as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Compensation

Collaborates with credentialing team and attends RCM and payer meetings as needed
