Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled follow-up calls with patients to monitor progress
- Assist patients in comprehending and adhering to prescribed care plans
- Promote consistent adherence to treatment protocols and medication schedules
- Establish and maintain trusting, professional relationships with patients
- Identify and escalate potential risks or serious concerns to appropriate teams
- Ensure thorough, up-to-date, and accurate recordkeeping of patient interactions
- Deliver empathetic, individualized support focused on patient well-being
Compensation
R18,000 - R27,000 gross monthly, no additional benefits

Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 0:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company)
Salary Range
R18 000 - R27 000 GROSS (before deductions), depending on experience

Internet Requirements

A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages
