Responsibilities
- Initiate timely contact with families who submit inquiries outside standard business hours
- Conduct compassionate phone interactions to identify patient care circumstances, needed services, and location details
- Arrange evaluation visits and face-to-face consultations with the closest regional office
- Record detailed and accurate notes of all discussions and lead information in HubSpot CRM for smooth transition to local teams
- Establish confidence and connection with families through respectful and understanding communication
- Offer support and direction to families new to selecting home care services
- Meet speed-to-lead performance targets by quickly addressing all online inquiry submissions
- Assist in evaluating lead viability to enhance conversion opportunities for domestic teams
- Manage concurrent sensitive calls, organizing follow-up based on urgency and need
- Ensure all records and data inputs meet high standards for precision and completeness
- Adhere consistently to internal protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate with domestic teams to facilitate efficient handover of qualified leads

Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
Public Holidays
Work required on South African and U.S. public holidays. Compensation for SA public holidays per BCEA.
Internet Requirements
Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Candidates without fixed fibre cannot be considered.
Power Backup
Reliable backup power is required to handle load shedding or outages. Candidates without backup power cannot be considered.
