Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal branches concerning the status of nutrition therapy orders.
- Manage updates and modifications to prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments based on patient needs and inquiry type.
- Confirm patient demographic and insurance details to support accurate delivery of services.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Proven ability in data entry with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice to Have
- Background in home infusion services or durable medical equipment (DME) operations.
- Prior experience in a call center environment.
- Exposure to healthcare settings or patient support services.

- This is a full-time position with benefits and is not fulfilled through a staffing agency.
- Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
