Requirements
- Expertise in Pashto language, including phonetics, morphology, syntax, dialectical variations, colloquial expressions, and cultural references
- Ability to converse with the model in Pashto across a wide range of topics
- Ability to verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces
- Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”
Nice to Have
- Degree in Linguistics, Pashto Studies, Translation, or a related field
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
