About the Role
The coordinator ensures smooth functioning of partnership programs through operational support, data management, and cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for academic partnerships
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new partner institutions
- Maintain accurate records and databases for partner information
- Support enrollment and student data reporting workflows
- Track key performance indicators and program metrics
- Assist in compliance with academic and operational standards
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely deliverables
- Troubleshoot operational issues with partner programs
- Update and maintain partnership documentation
- Collaborate with academic teams on curriculum alignment
- Support accreditation and audit preparation activities
- Coordinate training sessions for partner staff
- Respond to inquiries from partner institutions
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed
- Manage document workflows and approvals
- Assist in developing process improvements
- Track partnership agreements and renewal timelines
- Support financial reporting related to partner programs
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings
- Maintain calendars and schedules for partnership activities
- Coordinate logistics for joint initiatives
- Provide administrative support for partnership leadership
- Follow up on action items from partnership meetings
