Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end performance of the partner ecosystem, from identifying prospects to driving sustained revenue generation.
- Seek out and cultivate relationships with high-potential partners across various distribution channels.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and design collaboration frameworks that support mutual growth.
- Develop and oversee a reseller partner network, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous sales activity.
- Create and maintain resources such as sales playbooks, presentation decks, and pricing documentation for partner use.
- Track partner-generated pipeline and revenue, identifying and acting on performance shortfalls.
- Foster connections with technology and integration partners to uncover joint marketing and distribution potential.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align partner strategies.
- Recruit and manage affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships with an emphasis on quality and impact.
- Initiate and expand co-marketing efforts such as collaborative content, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
- Guide partners from onboarding through to first and repeat revenue generation.
- Ensure partners have clear, actionable tools and resources to promote and sell effectively.
- Use performance data to make strategic decisions, including reducing focus on or ending underperforming partnerships.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including revenue, time to first sale, active partner rate, and average revenue per partner.
