Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain lasting partnerships with brands, agencies, and external collaborators
- Serve as the main liaison to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment
- Manage the full lifecycle of joint marketing initiatives, spanning online, in-store, and real-world activations
- Create and roll out co-branded content, events, and immersive brand experiences
- Spot and pursue partnership prospects, lead outreach efforts, and negotiate win-win agreements
- Work with legal and finance departments to formalize contracts and agreements
- Deliver large-scale, impactful events and activations in international markets
- Oversee vendors, schedules, budgets, and on-site coordination with attention to detail
- Monitor key performance metrics including engagement, return on investment, foot traffic, and revenue impact
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and deliver data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Keep current with trends in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and design industries
- Recognize culturally significant moments and ensure collaborations reflect brand values and positioning
- Provide partners with necessary materials, guidelines, and support to accurately represent the brand
