Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping and executing regional partnership growth strategies.
  • Oversee and scale a portfolio of partners to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue output by assessing capabilities, risks, and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with partners on market entry initiatives, campaigns, and activations to generate qualified leads and align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality communication to build strong, trust-based relationships with all partners.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and assist partners in effectively positioning solutions to merchants.
  • Offer foundational technical support for partner or merchant inquiries as needed.
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in retail and technology sectors.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams and advocate for partner needs across the organization.
  • Drive partner engagement and activation to increase the number of high-performing partners.
  • Identify skill or capability gaps in the partner network and coordinate cross-functional efforts to strengthen performance.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and relevant events.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to identify and establish new commercial partnerships that bring merchants into the ecosystem.
