About the Role
This role involves delivering technical instruction in particle characterization and/or automated laboratory instrumentation, supporting customer and internal teams through hands-on training and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training on particle analysis instrumentation and automated systems
- Develop and maintain training materials for laboratory equipment and procedures
- Conduct instructor-led sessions for internal and external technical personnel
- Support implementation of new technologies through structured education programs
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues during training exercises
- Ensure training content aligns with current product specifications and updates
- Assess trainee performance and provide documented feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine training curricula
- Maintain proficiency in evolving analytical technologies and automation platforms
- Travel to customer sites or regional hubs for on-site instruction as needed
- Standardize training protocols across multiple locations
- Monitor equipment functionality for training demonstrations
- Adapt instructional methods for diverse technical audiences
- Maintain records of training completion and certification
- Identify gaps in technical knowledge and recommend curriculum improvements
- Support remote training delivery using digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during instruction
- Assist in the validation of training outcomes and effectiveness
- Coordinate with regional managers to schedule training events
- Respond to technical inquiries arising during or after training sessions
