About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage travel itineraries and booking confirmations for clients
- Assist in resolving travel-related issues and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with travel partners and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of client travel details
- Support the development of travel packages and offers
- Monitor travel booking platforms for availability and pricing
- Update travel databases with current information
- Track client preferences for personalized service
- Facilitate communication between clients and travel vendors
- Respond promptly to time-sensitive travel changes
- Organize onboarding materials for new affiliate recruiters
- Follow up with affiliate applicants to ensure engagement
- Track recruiter performance using digital tools
- Provide feedback to recruiters on outreach strategies
- Schedule and conduct virtual check-in meetings
- Maintain documentation of affiliate communications
- Identify opportunities for affiliate program improvements
- Support the creation of recruitment marketing content
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines among affiliates
- Report on affiliate engagement and retention metrics
- Assist in developing onboarding workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues faced by affiliates
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Maintain confidentiality of client and affiliate data

Work Schedule
