Responsibilities
- Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
- Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and online
- Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction
- Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or as an attorney
- Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) required
- Computer with an HD camera and microphone required
- Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required
- Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ strongly preferred
- Livestream teaching experience preferred
- DREI certification preferred
- Experience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, or appraisal for those specific courses preferred
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Scottsdale, Glendale, Arizona
Additional Information
- Classes are scheduled in the mornings, evenings, and weekends
- The length of each class is dictated based on the number of required hours
- The instructor is paid an hourly rate based on the number of hours in the class
