Shape the future of digital performance marketing by driving paid traffic and revenue growth across key European markets. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of paid campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable strategies to increase traffic and revenue for country-specific websites across nine EU markets, while supporting EMEA distribution partners
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, with a focus on UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Austria
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and refine campaigns for maximum efficiency and return on ad spend
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend distribution across channels and geographies
- Generate performance reports and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams, as well as external agencies, to align content and strategy
- Run A/B tests and lead conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Fluency in both German and English
- A self-starter mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively
